A look inside

write it · sign it · seal it · finish it
Writing it down makes it real.
Daily "I am" lines in your own hand, a promise you sign with a friend, a letter you seal on day one, and a certificate you sign on day ninety.

a note from sol
My name is Solomon, though my friends call me Sol. I grew up on my family's farm in California's Central Valley, built and repaired wooden boats on the coast, and surfed most mornings since I was twenty.
This book is the plain stuff I live by: early light, real food, a walk after supper, friends on the porch, and a good night's sleep. Nothing fancy, nothing to buy. Fill it in, check it off, and give it ninety days.
