Terms of Sale

Last updated: October 8, 2026

1. Who we are

This site and The Long-Life Almanac are run by Angelo Osimo Cacchione, a sole trader based in England, trading as Solomon's Old Ways. Postal address: {{BUSINESS_ADDRESS}}. Email: [email protected].

2. What you're buying

The Long-Life Almanac is a digital workbook: a printable PDF of about 222 pages, laid out for US Letter paper. Nothing physical is shipped. You need a device that can open PDF files, and a printer if you want paper copies.

3. About Solomon

Solomon ("Sol") is an AI-made character. He is not a real person and not a doctor. The book and this site were made with the help of artificial intelligence and are published by Angelo Cacchione. The voice is a character; the habits are real, time-tested and drawn from mainstream health guidance.

4. General wellness information, not medical advice

The Almanac shares general wellness information and everyday habits. It doesn't diagnose, treat or prevent any condition and isn't a substitute for advice from your own doctor. Please talk to your doctor before big changes to how you eat, move or fast, or before starting supplements, especially if you have a health condition, take regular medicines or are pregnant.

5. Price and payment

The price is shown on this site and again at checkout before you pay. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record, which also collects any VAT or sales tax due; we never see or store your full card details. Angelo Cacchione is not currently registered for UK VAT. Where we're required to charge a sales tax or VAT in your country, it is shown at checkout.

6. Where we sell

We may not be able to sell to every country yet, for example while we sort out tax registrations for the European Union. If checkout isn't available where you are, you'll see a note when you press Buy. If an order is placed from a country where we can't sell, we may cancel and refund it in full.

7. Delivery

After payment you go to a thank-you page with a download button, and we email you a link. Each link works for 72 hours. You can ask for a fresh link on the thank-you page, or by emailing us.

8. Your right to cancel, and digital content

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content that right ends once the download begins, if you agreed to get immediate access and acknowledged that you'd lose the right. At checkout we ask for exactly that agreement. If you haven't started a download yet, you can still cancel within 14 days. See our refund policy.

9. Your license

Your purchase gives you a personal license. Print as many pages as you like for your own use and your own household, and share the habits freely. Please don't resell, upload, share or redistribute the file itself. All rights in the Almanac belong to Angelo Cacchione.

10. If something's wrong

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If it isn't, we'll send a corrected file, and if we can't fix it, we'll refund you.

11. Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, we aren't responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for how the information in the book is used, and our total responsibility to you for a purchase is limited to the price you paid.

12. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version on this page when you buy applies to your order. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.

13. Contact

Email [email protected]. We aim to reply within two working days.
