Refunds and Cancellations

Last updated: October 8, 2026

Digital downloads and your 14 days

The Long-Life Almanac is digital content, delivered as a download. In the UK you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase, but for digital content that right ends once the download starts, as long as you agreed to get immediate access and acknowledged that you'd lose it (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

At checkout we ask you to tick a box that says: "I agree to the Terms and to immediate access to the download, and I understand I lose my 14-day cancellation right once the download starts." We record when your download first starts.

If you haven't downloaded it yet

If you change your mind within 14 days and haven't started a download, email us and we'll refund you in full.

If something is wrong with the file

If the file won't open, is damaged, or isn't what we described, tell us. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 we'll send you a corrected file, and if we can't fix the problem, we'll refund you some or all of the price. This doesn't depend on whether you've downloaded it.

How to ask

Email [email protected] with the email address you used at checkout and roughly when you bought it. Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record, issues the refund to your original payment method, which usually takes 5 to 10 business days to show. Once an order is refunded, its download links stop working.
